A native of Lee County, South Carolina, Sandra Gamble is the daughter and only child of Ethel and the late Johnny E. Gamble. Her childhood wasn't that of your typical child. At an early age, Sandra witnessed her father display the symptoms of mental illness. She and her mother were terrified on a daily basis because neither of them knew what mood her father would have. By the age of 5, Sandra had already experienced mental, emotional, and physical trauma. Sandra says she was already in pain so she decided to make pain pay. She became a Mental Health Counselor. Her goal and mission is to have the hard conversations that we shy away from, we need too heal so we can help. Her mission is to assist women that have experience trauma to heal so they can be effective in every area of there life.
Sandra enjoys reading, traveling, meeting new people, and serving God. Her natural love and compassion for helping others heal is the fuel that continues to motivate her desire of removing the stigma that society has placed on the awareness of Mental Illness. Her signature phrase "I am a HOPE DEALER... some people sell DOPE, I Deal HOPE" matches her witty and charismatic spirit.
